Good evening.

Heard from Connie~~her exact words were; 'all is well in scan land. Will arrange for next imaging in late May.' So yay!! Scans are stable, no surprises! Woo-hoo! Thank you for your prayers. Whew. We can breathe again for a few months.

Three years ago today David was dying and nobody knew why. Three years ago yesterday David had his limb-salvage surgery. Then he got the intussusception, and nobody knew it. All we knew was that he was sick, vomiting, and bleeding internally and they didn't think to look for an intussusception because that doesn't happen to 13-year-old kids; just babies (unless there is a tumor in the intestines, which there wasn't). David is the one who brought up the subject of it being 3 years ago yesterday. I am soooo glad we aren't in that same place anymore. I am so glad that David is doing so well. We will never forget that time. It was a very dark time in our lives. And we are so thankful to be on the 'other side' of all that now.

Little Elena is doing great! She is such a blessing and a joy. We went over Jeremy and Lucy's last night for some baby time; and it was fantabulous!! She is such a sweet baby, and a cuddle bug!! I love her soooo much! And we get to take care of her tomorrow when Jeremy and Lucy go out for some alone time! I can't wait! That little girl will never lack for love, that is for darn sure!!

Thanks for visiting and checking in on David. I just wanted to let you know that I heard from Connie. Thank you again, so much, for your prayers. Please keep praying that David stays healthy. Have a good evening, and a good rest of your weekend. God bless you all. We love you.
