Good evening.

David had a pretty good day today. He pretty much played games all day. But then tonight we took him to an ice cream social and information time for the Teen Community Bible Study. It was a meeting for the parents and the teens. We took him and his friend Billy to the meeting. We had to force him to eat ice cream, though. He is such a goof ball! But he is looking forward to the Bible Study. It starts next week.

David has PT tomorrow morning in the pool. Then in the afternoon we have to go to Reno for an orientation meeting for his school. That will be informative, I am sure. Then we are going to Jeremy and Lucy's for dinner. I am excited about that. We haven't seen them in a few weeks. So tomorrow will be a VERY busy day.

Thank you for your prayers for Sara and Mattie and Sammie. Please keep them coming. Sara is doing better today; 'better' being a relative term. Thanks again for your prayers.

Please continue to pray for us and the 'special request' I asked prayer for. Thank you.

Please continue to spread the word about September being Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Thanks.

Thank you for visiting and checking in on David and the Koury Klan. God bless you all. We love you.

Kristi and the Koury Klan

The National Cancer Institute’s (NCI) federal budget was $4.6 billion. Of that, breast cancer received 12%, prostate cancer received 7%, and all 12 major groups of pediatric cancers combined received less than 3%.
