Good evening.

Today has been a very busy day. We left the house at 4am this morning so we could be at Oakland Children's Hospital in time. Of course we got there early, YAY! They were able to get us in early; Christine gave David the injection for the bone scan at 8:15 (it was scheduled for 9). Then she talked the CT people to giving David his chest CT early (it was supposed to be at 11). He had the chest CT around 9-ish. Then we went and had breakfast. Then we went up to the 5th floor to see a couple of people. We saw Autumn, YAY! We saw Dr. Hoppe, YAY!! We saw Diane and Kim, also. It was great to see them. Then David had his bone scan at 10:30 (it was scheduled for 12pm). So it was wonderful to be done early.

Then we scooted over to San Francisco for David's post-op and staple removal. We got there early, which was good, because we needed to get his leg x-rayed before his appointment. His appointment was for 2pm; and we were in the room waiting for Dr. O at 1:45! That is highly unusual for Dr. O! We were out of there before 2:30. If you have been reading this journal from the beginning, you will know that we usually wait anywhere from 2-4 hours for Dr. O. So we were very happy to be done early. We are all SOOOO very tired. We went back to the hotel and pretty much crashed. I will be in bed soon, too. Oh, the staple removal went well; just a couple of 'stuck' staples. Thank you for the prayers.

Remember I asked you to pray for Amamda and her family? Well, Amanda died last night (Wednesday). Please continue to pray for her family. Thank you.

Thank you for your prayers, love, and support. Thank you for visiting and checking in on the Koury Klan. God bless you all. We love you.

Kristi and the Koury Klan
